Wednesdays 7.30pm
All the routines are set to music from stage and screen so you'll be singing and dancing and leave on a high!

Low Impact Dance Fitness
Mondays 10am
This class is a mix of styles from Musical Theatre, Latin, Ballroom and more! It is taught a little slower and you can adapt moves to your own ability level and just enjoy dancing.

BollyX

BollyX is high-energy and great fun. It is set to music from the Bollywood film industry and comprises of a Warm Up Dance, Dynamic Stretch, Main Section of dances, a Cool Down Dance and Stretch.

Thursdays 7.15pm - 8.15pm
