Strength & FLEX
Thursdays 7.15pm

10 minute warm up and mobilise followed by a 15 minute full body strength workout, finishing with 15 minutes of flexibility work.

Please bring your own dumbbells and a yoga mat and any blocks/cushions, straps and towels to help with the flexibility work.

The strength workout is only 20 minutes at the most so do bring weights that will challenge you. Between 1kg - 3kg is a good starting point. The workout can be done without weights if you have shoulder issues or just want to work on your mobility first.
