From September we will be alternating between two styles of class.
Strength & FLEX
Using dumbells and resistance bands to improve overall strength and flexibility.
FLEX & Flow
No weights, just an optional band and flowing movements to increase your range of motion.
Please bring your own dumbbells and a yoga mat and any blocks/cushions, straps and towels to help with the flexibility work.
Do bring weights that will challenge you. Between 1kg - 3kg is a good starting point. The workout can be done without weights if you prefer to just want to work on your mobility first.
