This class is aimed at at women at any stage of menopause an aims to build/maintain muscle mass as we age. It is made up of a mobilising warm up, a 20 minute strength section using hand weights followed by a 10 minute flexibility section. 

Equipment is limited so please bring your own dumbbells if you have them, a yoga mat and any blocks/cushions, straps and towels to help with the flexibility work.

Do bring weights that will challenge you. Between 1kg - 3kg is a good starting point if you are new to strength training. The workout can be done without weights if you prefer to just work on your mobility first.
