This class is ideal for active older adults and those just starting out on their fitness journey or recovering from injuries.

This class will mobilise your entire body from your head to your toes in a gentle and calming way. There is some floor work but it can be adapted using a chair. Learn to listen to your body and improve your balance, strength and mobility.
