This class is aimed at women at any stage of menopause an aims to build/maintain muscle mass as we age.
It is made up of a mobilising warm up followed by a strength section using hand weights.
Equipment is limited so please bring your own dumbbells if you have them.
Do bring weights that will challenge you. Between 1kg - 3kg is a good starting point if you are new to strength training. The workout can be done without weights if you prefer to just work on your mobility first.
